I have eaten Kababs but never made them before. I might have made them once with my mom on the grill but being totally responsible is something else. It was requested as a birthday meal so I pulled out my Betty Crocker cookbook and found a recipe. We added a bit more in vegetables because we like lots of vegetables.

They were good and were easy to make. I would do it again and put smaller pieces of onion.
