Another week, another menu. One of the things that I did this week was do a quick inventory and look at what we have and see what I can use up. I tried to plan each meal to include at least one item that we already have.
Monday -Noodle Stir-fry
Tuesday - Lemon Asparagus Pasta
Wednesday - Pork Chops
Thursday - East Indian Lentils with Spinach
Friday - Greek night
Saturday - baked ziti
