Fine Motor Skills

I enjoy the fact that for the most part Miss K doesn't put things in her mouth. Now we can move to fine motor activities. Here is one we were doing the other day. Putting coins in the bank. Someday that will move to a geography lesson but for now it is fine motor putting all the miscellaneous coins from various trips into the slot. It is hard work because some of those coins are small. I watched her hold the coin, move the coin in her hand and then finally get it in.
I enjoy finding creative ways and various activities to work on various skills.
