This week is a holiday week and we have company so the menu is a bit flexible depending on what we are doing.

Hoppin' Johns which is black beans on rice with lots of toppings eaten with corn chips

BBQ on the beach

Greek Night

Lentil & Barley stew
Friday
planning to go out for the day, so we will eat out
Saturday
hmmm need to think of something

BBQ on the beach ... sounds fun!
Hoppin John...we used to eat it when we were much younger. My mom make it with Uncle Ben's White Rice.
